Chris Bingham was very helpful but the company they subcontracted M & K was terrible.
The driver kept coming up with excuses as to why he was late. Vehicle was to arrive on Monday and did not recieve it until late Wednesday evening. Driver kept telling me different stories as to why he was running late. Also, driver claims he did not know the size of the vehicle but all that information was given to Chris who we contracted the move with. Caused a lot of grief at my household. Promised every day it would arrive only to find out it was not being delivered and we changed our plans every day to meet their schedule.

Disappointed in the service.

We have done eveything in our power to make this right with the customer and the situation was out of our control- We presented two options that were available because we weren't able to get one of our own trucks there for several days after the requested pick up time. They decided to go with the cheapest option of the two which was for us to put the vehicle on another company's carrier that was going that direction and needed another car to fill up their truck. We took a chance and when they were running late there was nothing we could do about it except call several times and relay the information to the customer.
