No Service provided but still charged me

Review:

After posting my vehicle on the board, nothing happen for about 12 days, two days after their contract terms for providing service. Then they arranged for pick-up through JAH Works trucking (look up JAH Works to see my review on them). JAH Works never came through even after setting a pickup date & time. Brad at Lightning re-posted my vehicle and after waiting a few more days, I decided to cancel with Lightning & go directly to a carrier ( I used Coast to Coast & highly recommend them).
When I called Brad to request a refund of my $100 deposit, he refused. Nice huh??

So no service, but he feels compelled to take my money anyway. Don’t bother with these guys; go direct to a reputable carrier.

WE WISH WE COULD HAVE HELPED JOHN IN THIS CASE. WE DID HAVE HIS VEHICLE DISPATCHED BUT JAH WORKS FAILED TO DO THERE PART. WE NEVER CHARGED JOHN'S CARD A SINGLE PENNY. HE JUST ASSUMED WE DID.
