| Good service, good price |
The only complaint I can mention is that the car drop-off was a few days later that we were expecting (apparently there were some delays going cross-country) and the estimate got pushed back a few times en route. And finally, the driver couldn't get to where we agreed to pick up the car from him ('door to door' is dependent on how big a street you live on), so he ended up parking the truck somewhere, driving our car to us, and having us take him back to the truck. This wasn't ideal, but in the end it wasn't that big a problem.
On the plus side, though, the pick-up was on-time and courteous, the delivery guy was extremely nice, the price was quite a bit lower than other quotes we saw for the same shipment, the car arrived in fine shape, and the delivery, while 'late' in comparison to the first date we wanted, was still within the delivery window that the representatives originally gave us. We'd definitely ship with Reliable again if we ever need to ship a car.
