I contacted over 25 companies when I began my quest to bring my daughter's car from college in Florida to home in Califonia. Talk about "information overload"...I found so many different quotes and so many different horror stories that I almost decided to tell my daughter to drive the carherself until David Tal called me from United Routes llc. He was very informative and very nice...not pushy but full of great information. After reading the online reviews I finally figured out what I really needed to look for in a transport company and United Routes llc. filled all my needs. Also,this is what I found if you get a LOW bid you may not get a driver willing to pick your car up until the price goes higher, so they will have to come back to you and ask for more money after you have waited a week or two with no results. This is why it is so important to only use a company that gives reasonable quotes I only had a 3-day window for pickup...it turned out that my car was picked up in on the first day which was imperative since my daughter had a ticket to fly home soon! The driver kept in contact, was fairly punctual, and delivered the car in good shape coast to coast in only 7 days! Even though their prices were in the higher end of the range of quotes I received, it ended up being a fair price that got my car here in a timely and professional manner. I would use them again and I will contact David Tal when I do.
