this is the first time i've used a transprt service, and after getting alot of low quote and empty guarantees my car still sat after over a month with one company only to be told my car was out of they're area.
so needless to say i was very pleased when i spoke with jon and was told they specialized in transporting to NY state, i was even more susprised when after booking my car, i got a call 6 hours later saying there was a transporter manly transport, coming to pick up my car in two days!! however the car wasn't able to start after sherman tried for two hours to help me get it started, so jeff worked with me again to arrange another pick up in 48 hours, this time it was B&T transport, the driver brad was very patient as the car was being delivered to my 70 year old mother and 89 year old grandmother. the car arrived in the same condition as it left the pick up point, the communication was great from rite way and all the transporters i was never in the dark wondering where the car was. the price never increased, and i was kept informed every step of the way. if i were gonig to ship another car i would call rite way again without fail, and if possible hire one of the same transporters again..
