Subject: The Facts
Review:I'll give the facts you decide. Transport services was the most costly bid that I received. Stan their sales person told me he would have one of their trucks that they own pick up the car.And could have his truck their within 3 to 4 days at the latest. He gave me a exact date for pick up. Told me their would be no problems. Said the price was to include everything. Would give a 24hr. notice on pick up. The only thing that turned out to be true is the fact that were the most costly. They did"t pick up the car when promised. would not respond to phone messages or email. Finally someone from another trucking co. called to pick up the car giving a 40min.notice. Once the car was in route I then get a call from trans port services asking for a additional $ 50.00 for a fuel charge. I told them I would not pay it. They told me their truck broke down and they had to farm it out, so it cost more. After a battle with their customer service they offered to make a deal and split the cost. I said no and hung up. 5min. latter they called back to say they would not make me pay the extra $50.00. It is a fact they have a F rating with the BBB. It is a Fact that I lost sleep over what I thought was going to be a easy transaction. YOU DECIDE.
