Review:After a horrible experience with Express Auto Transport, I switched to this company which actually came in a couple hundred bucks cheaper besides. I received a booking # within hours of placing my order (as opposed to waiting 6 days with no answer/response from express auto). I always either got straight through or received a callback/email back within an hour at most every time I contacted Karolina. I received regular updates on when my car was dropped off at the port, when the ship set sail and when the car docked at port.

My Lotus Elise arrived in perfect condition and EARLY! The semi even drove right up to my house in my neighborhood. I didn't even have to meet him anywhere. The driver was very nice and easy to work with. He contacted me the day before and arrived right on time the following day, just in time for my birthday. =)

I have shipped several other cars that I've purchased on Ebay over the years and this company is without a doubt the best I've ever worked with. The previous companies weren't great, but they were cheap... not good enough to bother using again. This company was not only the best I've ever worked with, they were the cheapest by $200-$1000 from all the other quotes I received.

In short, Karolina rocked. Thanks for awesome service!
