I was receiving a Mercedes C230 from my sister in Jacksonville, Florida. The vehicle was to be shipped to Phoenix, Arizona. We checked on line and found two 5 Star shippers we felt were honest and reliable. Eventually we selected Car Shipper USA LLC to transport our vehicle. The other company raised their estimate twice in the period of a few days, so we were somewhat concerned about their reliability, even though they had a good reputation. To be honest, transporting vehicles has a lot of variables that can cause a change in plans, so one has to be patient and trust the shipping company to work out the details. Car Shipper USA LLC did a great job staying on task and correcting the gliches that occurred during the move. Glen was on the job from the beginning, patiently working with both parties involved in the move. Even though our pickup date was moved back one day, the car was delivered on the day promised. The carrier Glen selected was first rate, and it was a pleasure working with both companies and their respective owners. The carrier was Erlich Towing, Inc. of West Palm Beach, Florida.
