My contact at AutoZipper, Brian, was accessible, congenial, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly.
As it turned out, I could not be available for the pick-up in Pennsylvania, so that was left to my elderly father, whose nerves prompted him to ask some questions one evening. Brian responded promptly to my call and answered my father's questions. As a result, my father was able to go to bed feeling reassured, and I was happy about that.
Pick-up occurred 2 business days after I placed the order. Transport took 7 days, which was the shortest period I had hoped for. For both pick-up and delivery we were given 24 hours notice, as promised. There was no damage to the car. Everyone involved was pleasant and professional.
Should I need to transport a car again, AutoZipper will be my first choice, and I look forward to recommending AutoZipper to friends and colleagues also.
