Hey, I just wanted to send you a quick note regarding your shipper. Raul from Highline Transport is truly a stand up guy, I can’t say enough about his professional behavior.

While shipping my 2004 Mercedes Benz from Destin, FL to Castle Rock, CO the windshield was chipped. His driver noticed the chip upon delivery and called Raul. Raul said that this is not usually covered by them and is a risk of shipping cars on open transport. Then to my complete surprise he said that he would pay for it because he felt bad that this happened. Now how often do you see someone stand behind something when they really do not have to?

So thank you very much for handling the shipping of this vehicle and working with Raul. The business world would be a much better place if there were more people who not only did the job well but who went above and beyond like Raul did.

Your persistence in putting this together was exceptional. You guys are the best!
