Friendly service , prompt reaction, informative and knowledgeable facts about transporting cars to and from areas in the United States. Stefano even went and resolved some issues with the Sea Freight company, since my truck could not be driven, it had no brakes and only steers. The pick up was no problem, their truck was equiped with a winch but the location was in a real rural area and the driver wanted more money. This is where Rite Way Auto went on Google Earth and used their new 360 dgree photo directional view finder and researched the pick up area. Then upon review, renegociated a lower added fee, right on Stefano. From the time I excepting their services Rite Way connected all the dots, got all the legal paper work done in time, so there was no hang ups from pickup to, to sea port, and to me here in on Maui. There always are follow up calls and reminders sent to me via E-mail and mostly by phone calls, this is where Rite Way shines. I can speak to the rep and get all my information I need to know. So there is no hidden fees after the fact and they are real easy to talk to, I'll use them again, they will take care of you. call um up ,thats the RITE WAY to go. ALOHA
