NEVER Use PDQ Auto Movers

Review:

PDQ gave many false promises of how the whole process would work in order to win my business. Pick-up was horrendous and I wasted an entire day waiting for a truck. PDQ placed all blame on me and others. The car was not put on a truck at pick-up, like stated, but driven away to another location. Drop off was quite the same, waited a whole day and the car arrived at 11pm. PDQ once again promised a discount, which was never honored. DO NOT USE PDQ!

We must respond... No false information is ever given to our customers. We are a no pressure company. We explain the process thoroughly always. We also reiterate again and again that we are here to service our customers from 8am till 11pm each and every day of the week. Unfortunately, in Megan's case, she never contacted us to assist her when there was a problem until afterwards, when our hands were tied. We wish she would have contacted us earlier when we had the ability to contract another truck instead of waiting until after it left. Upon delivery, we contacted her to discuss the discount and she went off on a tirade of curses and screeching at us. Again, we are available until 11 at night to assist our customers. No one should ever sit out an entire day for a carrier.
