I wanted to take this brief moment and let you know how happy I was in dealing with you and especially Harry, the driver for the transport. He was very kind and thoughtful to my daughter Shelley in NY, which ment so much to me.
First, he kept in touch with her 24 hours before the delivery. He made sure she was going to be availalbe at the time he was going to deliver the auto. Then, his truck was too big to drive through the small streets in Queens, NY so he parked his truck in a busy area then drove the BMW, X 3 to my daughters front door. He took his time with Shelley and made sure the car was to her satisfaction.
Also, I sincerely appreciate the time and patience you gave to me in this process. Your following up and calling me though out the initial booking made it very easy for me to get my daughters car on the road. And, it arrived one day earlier then expected.
Of course, I will send a big thank you to Roseville BMW also for highly recommending you.
