This is the second time I've used a car carrier, first time with Direct Auto. The move went very smoothly , although I picked the wrong time of the year to buy a car from Florida with all the snowbirds going back home. I was originally quoted a price of $600 and eventually bumped it up to $650, then $725 to get anyone to even consider picking up the car. After 10 minutes of bumping up the price, I got a carrier. I'm a little impatient, I'll admit. The one thing I really liked about dealing with Bryan is that 99% of the time, he was the one picking up the phone, versus alot of other companies I called that went to voicemail, the voicemail was full, out of business, etc. THe car was picked up when they said and delivered on the date they told me . Everything went very smoothly and I would use Direct Auto again , the car arrived in good condition.
