| Just a simple way to say Thank you |
All American Transport arranged the transport of my vehicle, Toyota Highlander, from Chicago to Norwalk, CA in May of 2010. At first I was very skeptical and worried that the transport will become a problem for me. Late delivery, damage or, at worst, lose my vehicle. But, Vanessa, the representative of All American Transport, assured me that it will go smoothly. I communicated with her many times, via phone and email. She answerd all my questions in a very professional an way. She knows a lot about the industry. My vehicle was picked-up the day I wanted and was delivered on the day it was promised. During the wait, I was able to communicate with the delivery driver, giving me update as to the whereabout of my vehicle and additional information that may cause a delay.
Many services out there promises this and that. Prudence tells us not to believe all of them. I took a risk to use All American Transport, not knowing anything about them. Yet, they backed their claim of providing excellent service. My experience with them is a testament of that excellent service. As such, I proudly and honestly recommend this Company to handle vehicle transport to anyone who may need the service.
