My boyfriend wanted to move in with me, so he wanted to shipped out his two cars to California. He use the Rite Way Auto Transport LLC. When he met the driver, he asked him when we could be arrived to San Francisco (from Maryland). The driver said may take about 5 to 6 days to get there. My bf told the driver to call him before he reach to California one day ahead. The company rules is at least 12 hours ahead but the driver never called 12 hours ahead. My bf came to SF on Monday around 10am western time (East 2pm). The driver made calls when my bf is in the plane. The trip only take 7 to 8 hours long. The deriver called that he is already in San Francisco and left 3 messages. His company person call 2 times and left messages. But my bf was in the plane, so he could not pick up the call.
However, my bf check the message right away as soon as the plane is learned to SF. He also made a call to driver right away for more than 8 to 9 times. The driver never pick up the call. After we got home we call him more than 10 times. Sometimes he pick up our call but not respond the call.
The next morning we call the company and the company handling so bad. We found out the cars had been placed in the one of the garage and they will charge us $30 per car per day. They don't even tell us were the garage place until we sing the paper work that prove for pay. So we faxed to get our car back. We have to drive other side of the SF to get our car back. However another important is my boyfriend filled up the gas full in two of the car. One of the car came back with half trunk of the gas. They definitely a thief. We called the two companies: Rite Way and the company of the driver (AMBELA, INC) They did not do anything for us and they even saying that we are laying to them.

The Final I want to say is Thief, Thief, Thief...................................................... forever
Don't ever trust that Company (Rite Way Auto Transport LLC and AMBELA, INC) If you want more information call me at 415-317-7279 I will explain to you all and I will also try to contact all the TV station to let every in the country knows about those Thief........... The big Thief........
They don't even take money from us, they even steel the gas and gave us bad service

This customer was told by Ambela who is a terrific carrier that they would be in San Fransisco in 5 to 6 days maybe sooner. They got there in 4 they called him and texted him for a day and a half. I also did them same. He never responded. The plane ride was 7 to 8 hrs not a day and a half. They had to leave the area so they put his cars in a terminal and asked for his credit card which he provided and his cars were then released to him. NO GAS was removed as the car was not driven by the carrier. I sincerely believe the customers inability to understand english fully was his problem that's why his girlfriend wrote the letter. Everything was above board and communicated to him in a timely and professional manner. I do feel bad he had to go through this but he brought this on himself by ignoring texts and phone messages.Our perfect history and good reveiws speak volumns!
