I had booked with 2 other companies, whose names I am to disgusted to even mention. before booking with Global Logistics
1st company took my deposit, and never picked up my car. It was a quote of $778. I was warned by global, before booking with this company, that is would be impossible to have the car moved from upstate NY to Ca at that rate. I guess my greed took over and I did not listen
After the 1st company screwd me I booked with another company. They said thay would get my car asap. They were great until they took my deposit, and again they failed to perform
Finally I went back to Global logistics, and everything mike said would happen, happened.
So i booked with them at the correct price, and low and behold, my car got picked up right away (next afternoon) by true proffessional US DOT certified driver.
Customer service at global was excellent. Anyone that tells you there was lack of communiication is full of it. I even called on Sunday, and someone was there to help me out.
These guys really know their stuff and even put it writing for you
They really educate you and simplify the industry
I really did hate auto shipping until booked with global Logistics
