I was devastated when i totaled my car on vacation. I had to leave it behind in South Carolina when i went home to North Carolina. As I went through the process of figuring out what to do with it I had to deal with one rotten company after the next, who were absolutely no help. I finally decided to tow it back home, but all of the prices were outrageous! I was at the point where i was ready to accept having to pay an arm and a leg to get it back home. But that's when I found gold star. They said it would cost $250 to get it here, more than half of what the other companies said, and all I had to do was find a way to get it on and off of a flatbed. It was really easy to get it all worked out and they were with me the entire way. Ellen kept me updated on the whole thing and they were able to work around my schedule, even getting in touch with me late at night. My car was picked up the next day and delivered 2 days later. I've never had customer service this great! I give it a 10 out of 5 for outstanding service and wonderful people.
