I was mostly satisfied with my transaction with Cascade Vehicle Shipping. Adriana was courteous and professional. However, the following hiccups occurred:
1.) I scheduled my SUV for pickup on Friday, March 5th with a ready date of Tuesday, March 9th. The initial estimate was $894.00
2.) My vehicle was not actually allocated to an enclosed carrier until Monday, March 15th. it was subsequently picked up on Tuesday, March 16th. However, in order to guarantee this allocation, the estimated price had to go up to $994.00. Cascade split the difference with me, so my total out-of-pocket cost became $954.
3.) After the March 16th pickup, my vehicle arrived much sooner than expected on Thursday, March 18th, which was a good thing. Unfortunately, it was not communicated to the truck driver that my COD balance should be $689 as opposed to $729, as Cascade and I split the difference. Luckily, I verified the COD balance with driver when I talked to him so I was able to have the correct amount ready. After notifying Cascade, she told me that there was a typographical error in the billing and that they would reimburse me $50.
The car arrived safely and in good condition. The fine print in the agreement say that it takes 1 to 10 business days to pick up a vehicle and Cascade was on the outer edge of this range, but still within it. There were some things that could have gone more smoothly as noted above, but I received the vehicle in one piece, so I guess I can chalk that up to a win.

hey david thank you for the review. im sorry things didnt go as smoothly as you would have liked but im glad your vehicle made it to your destination safely. again im sorry about my typographical error with your order. im glad your liked my over all service. i hope youll use cascade again for your shipping needs.
