United Auto Movers - Would Definitely Use Again

I hope I never have to move again but if I did, I would call Steve up again in a heartbeat.

I had originally called another company to get a truck to move my sedan and mini-van. They took a $180 deposit per car on the spot. Every day after that, they called me to update me and told me they could not get a truck for the craziest reasons eg busy time of year (it was end of Dec/early Jan, isn't that supposed to be slow?), that it was cold and weather was bad (yes, it's winter and will be for a few more months). After about a week, I was in a panic as I was flying out in 4 days and still nothing. I finally called United Auto and Steve said he would charge me just $100 for BOTH cars but I would have to pay the truck drivers $100 more than the first company was charging. To me, that was an even better deal! Guess what? Steve calls me back in 30 minutes and tells me a truck would be at my door in an hour. OMG as my daughter would say, that was way too fast! I managed to get the truck driver to come in 3 hours and they did. Cars were loaded and even better, they arrived at our new home 4 days later as promised. Cars were dirty but that was expected as they were in an open truck.
