| just okay |
Overall, the service was "just okay." The first carrier apparently had a break down so they had to find a different one. The second carrier had a hydraulic malfunction en route, so delivery was days late. Now, these problems are not necessarily the fault of Magic Carpet. However, my biggest issue is the total lack of communication from them throughout this. After booking the truck...nothing. Not even a follow up email to see how the delivery went. Furthermore, when I asked for clarification on the whole "rebate" thing, the service rep spoke in a condescending tone and literally said, "It shouldn't be that difficult to understand." So, in summary, they weren't awful, but it certainly wasn't world class service.
