Review:Great customer service and knowledgeable. Letty worked hard to find someone to transport my vehicle from MA to OR. She was always available to call. The actual company that ended up transporting the vehicle wasn't the best but I blame that on them not on Monstar. I have known a few people that have used monstar and were very pleased as was I. Just the transport company wasn't great which was Motion Express. Don't use motion express.
