I had previously tried to use Allegiance Auto for my car but was called the day before pickup and informed that I was misquoted. I decided not to transport my car at that time. A month later I contacted Allegiance and contracted them to ship my car once again, making sure that the quote I received was indeed accurate. They were 4 days late picking up the car. They also did not follow my strict instructions regarding contacting me before the car was picked up, instead they bothered my 85 year old grandmother, where the car was being stored, and gave her troubles about when the car would be picked up. I called Allegiance multiple times after this and did not receive a call back from them. I finally got in contact and they said that even though the car was picked up behind schedule, the delivery would be guaranteed for the original date. I did not mind if it was going to be late, but I received this guarantee from both people I spoke to. Unfortunately, I scheduled maintenance to be done to my car for the day following delivery, and since Allegiance was unable to deliver the car on the day promised, I was forced to reschedule. I also took time from work to have the car delivered because they wanted to charge me quite a deal more to deliver to my home address. I will never again use Allegiance and I have many more cars I need to have shipped.
