Nichole is very nice.
I have called a couple of other company before contacting her, some of the companies sounds like they are reluctant to do business with you. But Nichole is very patient with customers. She explained clearly how the transportation works.

I reserved very late, as far as I remember, about three or four business day before the actual pick-up date. And it was snowing heavily around the pick-up date in NY State. Nichole warned me about not being able to schedule a pick-up due to weather and short of time. But she did find me a good driver. Nichole gave me an appoximate date of pick up. I was contacted by the driver directly, about one hour before the pick-up. Before that I even didn't know if Nichole was able to find a driver. It was a little bit unexpected, and I didn't have enough time to fill my trunk. But that's no big deal and after all, I reserved very late in time.

The car was delivered to me in 9 days, quick enough from NY to CA. The car was in good condition except dirt. I will definitely use Hilton transport again, although I really hope that I don't need to relocate again.
