| My 87 Corvette USA to Canada |
I am from Canada,bought a Corvette in the USA , Florida, and wanted the car to shipped to Toronto .I went on line to find a carrier,and posted on " U Ship" .Many quotes from the companies were very high,and when I tried to investigate them there was no info on the companies, or many bad reviews.After looking at some of the rieviews from different companies I came across Eclipse Auto Transport. After reading some of the positive reviews I decidied to contact them.So glad I did. Tom Cook was very helpfull,and very patient with me ,I had many questions. I was very worried that I could loose my car to a person I have never met,giving them my car along with the title. After talking to Tom , and checking them out on the BBB,I decided to go a head with them. He gave me all the info , Customs Broker names and numbers,truck drivers name and numbers,and they all checked out.
After a few people tried to scam me on E bay,when buying a car,I was very cautious on the transport company I was going to use. There are many scammers out there, and I didn't want to loose my car to a bogus trucking company.
Eclipse Transport came through for me 100%,I now have my Corvette home with me safe and scratch free. The truck driver,Dave, was great. He was very carefull ,and took great care of my car.Phoned well in advance ,called and told me where he was and when he would dropp it off. Had all the paperwork, and answered all my questions when I asked .
It was my first time buying a car from the USA and having it shipped, and I am so glad I used Eclipse for the Job, they are very helpfull,and did a great job,and Tom is a good guy to deal with.The price was also very good. I will use Eclipse again without Question.
