Review:

Pricing for my shipment was very competitive although the final price had to be increased slightly to book with a carrier. I was made aware of this before any request for a downpayment. Nichole confirmed the carrier and pickup date with me prior to taking a credit card downpayment over the phone. The final price of $500 included only $50 as a downpayment because of the increase in cost from the initial quote. The carrier needed more than expected to deliver the vehicle and Hilton Auto absorbed most of this cost. Initial quote was $460, including $125 downpayment and $355 to the carrier.

The pickup date was within 5 days of our conversation and the trucker actually showed up a day early, with prior notification. Delivery was prompt, 2 days, and everything went smoothly. The outside of the vehicle was dirty from winter storm conditions on the roadway but there was no damage.

I would definitely use Nichole and Hilton Auto Transport again.
