Review:

This was my first time using a service for car transport. I felt helpless as I tried to make up my mind on the endless companies that offer this service. After numerous telephone calls (no people available) and Internet quotes, Ken answered his phone on the third ring. I was startled that a real person answered the phone. They were polite as I tried to express what my needs were also.
As soon as Ken started explaining the whole process to me, in terms I could understand, I formed my impression of him.
Honest, intelligent, and factual, my skeptical nature was at ease in an instant.
Ken made the middleman position look easy to say the least.
He was always there. Anytime I called about any questions or concerns, I was made to feel like I was the most important part of this business transaction.
Everything was taking care of for me.
I am not and do not expect to paid for this review. My main goal was to thank Ken for the hook up. The driver was quick and honest. The price was very reasonable.
The customer service was the bomb!!!
I would recommend Reliable (especially Ken Cozier) to anyone that wants an honest, hardworking,
reliable transport company to take care of all of the details and give them an awesome rate.
