questionable business practices

Contact me - click on my name at the side. This company attempted to take $150 from my bank account without providing any services, in retaliation for my decision to do business with another broker. I had no agreement with them to provide any services - never provided my signature, but I made the mistake of giving them my credit card number when they first contacted me to provide me a quote.

Make sure you never give any transport broker your financial information until they actually put you in contact with a truck driver that is going to deliver your vehicle, and be VERY careful when dealing with All Day Auto Transport, as I can only assume that they are not operating an honest and ethical business.

The customer had a verbal agreement with us to find him a shipper which we did and he decided to cancel last minute to go with another broker. Although our contract states his deposit becomes non-refundable if decides to cancel once a carrier is assigned...we still refunded his deposit with in 72 hours. We try to do our best with every customer but you can't always please everyone.
