My "FIRST EXPERIENCE"

I purchased a Lexus GS 450h from a dealer in Florida (via EBAY). I knew it was a great deal but was "nervous" just the same. I have never purchased a vehicle without a "test drive" before...

Sarah and Emily from Angels were recommended to me by the dealer in FL as he had 3 years experience with them. I received numerous quotes and Angels was "middle" of the pack for an enclosed carrier.

NOTE: I never considered using an open carrier. This 2009 car had only 5540 miles on it and the pictures showed a very shiney car. I wanted to ship it in a manner that would hopefully keep in that same condition on delivery.

I notified Angels on a Monday afternoon that the deal was complete and they had a driver assigned that same day. I spoke with the driver on a Tuesday and he was in Miami that morning. He was hoping to make it to Sarasota (Dealer location) by Tuesday night or at least by 8 AM Wednesday morning (the 18th of Feb.) Driver picked up from the dealer as promised on Wed. the 18th. Delivery ocurred at 3 PM Monday the 22nd.

If I were to complain (and I am not really........), it would be that the driver called me at 1130 AM on the 22nd and said he could deliver in 2 - 2 1/2 hours. Luckily I was home that day (my work is a 63 mile commute). I asked him to give me until 3 PM and I hurriedly changes plans for the afternoon, headed to the bank for the C.O.D. payment and made it to home at 2:45 PM. The truck arrived at 2:55 PM.

The off-load went smoothly and quickly and the car was in simply EXCELLENT condition. I was prepared for documenting a scratch or two with a digital camera, but the only pictures I took were of the "off-load"...walk around complete, payment made, paperwork signed and my wife is flying in today to a "surprise"....her new car.

VERY VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER.....only "suggestion" is a little more notice on "delivery day." one or two "trip progress calls" would have been appreciated.

But again, NO HESITATION to use this firm again.
