I has to get my mothers car from Cali to Texas because she was moving down to Texas. I live in Texas and was doing all the calling for her. They had a great quote and a bonus of $300 gas vouchers. We did not have an open range of when they could get the car. There was a two day window. They quoted me $675 which I thought was better then the other quotes so we decided to go with them. We gave them the $175 deposit and waited for them to come that wednesday. Monday they call me and state that they cant do it on wednesday they can do it on Thursday, so we say fine because they offered us two $500 gas vouchers. The car was picked up on Thursday and driven to Tx. The transporter was nice, but when we received the car a day early he said that we owed him an extra $100. He showed us the bill, it was not because he was early it was because that is what around the globe agreed to with him, not letting us know. So we had to wait an extra day, pay extra for moms flight, an extra $100 and no vouchers yet. We did this transaction in August today is Feb 20th.. Great company to get extra money from you.
