Overall experience was very good. I experienced some delay in scheduling and delivery due to snow storms out West but that was understandable. Frank's didn't always have a handle on what was happening but they have to communicate with the transporter so it does take some time. The transporter was very good. Had a very thick accent but seemed to know what he was doing and managed to get the car to it's destination in a reasonable amount of time without any problems and through a big snow storm. He picked up my car in Eastern PA with a flat bed and transported to his location in NJ and loaded onto the car carrier. He then delivered it in a parking lot in Boulder. Everything went as planned. You have to be flexible on time with a transaction like this and you must expect delays. If you are a demanding person and expect everything to go as planned and to be fully informed at all times than you should expect to pay a lot more for enclosed service or drive it yourself. I would use Frank's again and recommend his services.
