Nichole was very prompt and informative. She gave me a 7-10 day window for the transporting of the vehicle cross country.She was the ONLY company I could find that did GUARANTEE a pick up date. Most other companies give you a 7 day window of when they can get a driver out to your location. Once the car was picked up(on the day of my choosing, but a few hours late) by ACE AUTO TRANS , it took 10 days to get to MD. During the last 3-4 days I was waitng for the car, the driver called me to let me know when he was coming and what state he was in. The thing about this ,is that everytime he called me , he quoted a different date and time that he would be in MD. On the tenth day , he didnt get to the destination until 10PM. We also had to drive 4 miles to where the truck. The truck had apparently broke down.While the driver called for help , we waited a good hour for him to take the car off the truck. Let me also note that it was below freezing outside. The car was filthy. This is a white car that came out looking grey. It had a thick grey/black pile of dust that covered the entire vehile. Driver helped clean the windows.Besides the long wait , the service was overall good. The transporting company followed through and the car arrived with no damage.
