I have had around 20 cars delivered to me from many different company's,,and when i went to have 4 cars at once delivered from around the globe transporting company,,they were all too happy to help,,promising me this and that,,giving me a " supposedly" good discount for the 4 cars ...they assured me that they were a 5 star company and that they will not take out any deposit until my cars had a contracted driver...well they even told me they could move my 4 cars with ease and very quickly,,,so i agreed and gave them my business...well when the time line went by for my pick-up,,and no word from my company,,so i called them and they told me soon,,so i waited patiently ,,because i have been through this before,,and i know it takes time...but i felt uneasy when another week ,,then another week went bye and this company would never contact me ever,,and i tried many times to call them,,and got some of the silliest answers i have ever heard ,,like no one was there to help me,,everyone is at lunch ,,so i call back 2 hours later ,,and they tell me the same thing...another time they told me they were busy and would call me later,,they never called,,then another time i was hung up on twice and when the lady finally answered she said i should try to call back at a better time...i never had such treatment by any company,,,and on top of all that ,,they never moved 3 of my cars,,,they were only able to move one of my cars and it took extra time,,,the worst is though,,that they took out all 4 deposit and refuse to give me back my deposit ,,even though they told me they would,,they still to this date have not returned my 3 hundred dollars....the worst company i have ever dealt with
