I had gotten several quotes from using another website, and all of those brokers had really low ratings on this site.

I was quoted $895 from Hilton Auto Transport's website, which was the lowest of all the quotes I got. Nichole wasn't sure if she could honor the quote at first, but she ended up honoring it anyway probably at a much lower profit for her. However, I think that's something to be said about a company's business conduct when they're putting promises first.

The car was picked up within 2-3 days, and the transport took about 10 days. I thought that even though Nichole couldn't give me an answer on the delivery date she was at least returning all of my calls, and she did finally get me a delivery date 2 days before the car arrived.

Overall, I'm very satisfied. My biggest fear in dealing with sales people from the other quotes I had gotten is that once they receive the order and the car is picked up, then they'll never return your call again since technically it's out of their responsibility at that point. Nichole was very responsive and definitely cares about customer satisfactions.
