Great Job! I would use them again in a heartbeat

I had contracted with another broker and the time to pickup the vehicle came and went. When I finally reached them they said they couldn't get anyone to move it for the price they quoted. We had even paid extra for quick pickup. I then went on Angels Moving Autos website and filled out the "Request Quote" form. I got a quote almost immediately. My only complaint would be that they did not say on the forms that I had to call and confirm. After a few days I left a message and they called back the next day. The woman I spoke to had me hold on the phone while she called the trucking company and got a pickup date for the following week right then. She said pickup would be Wednesday or Thursday and also assigned me a customer service person at that time. The trucker had some problems the following week but did call on Wed. and said he would pickup on Thurs. night but it ended up being Friday morning. No big deal. Michele called me prior to the pickup and promptly returned my call when I called her. She also kept me in touch with the trucking company and then followed up after the delivery to make sure that we were happy. They said ten days to two weeks for delivery but it ended up being delivered in five days. Not only was I impressed but it also turned out to be perfect because of commitments that came up.

I would use Angels Moving for any vehicle moving situation because they did what they said they would do, they had awesome customer service (thanks Michele) and, above all, they were very competitive on price. The other quotes I got were all in the same range (including AA Automovers) but Angels actually did it for what they quoted. There was no "bait and switch" tactics by low-balling me originally or anything like that. I was very impressed and feel that Michele deserves special recognition because she was on top of the situation every step of the way. They really do a great job and I would not hesitate to use them again. Don't waste your time with anyone else, just go directly to them.
