This was the first time I had to utilize a business like this. I was very apprehensive in who transported my vehicle across country!! Jill spent plenty of time with me, explaining what must have seemed to be thousands of questions. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. And if she did not know the answer, she got back to me as soon as she could. Unfortunately, I needed my car transported during the dead of winter, across states that were experiencing record snowfall and cold. My car was still picked up in the time frame estimated, and delivered 1 day later than expected, which was fine with me!!! My car arrived just as I left it, and the driver was very friendly, and careful with removing the car from the flatbed. Oh, I need to mention that it was delivered right to my front door!!!! I would definitely use this company again, and would recommend it to others.
