Review:I could not have asked for better service than the type that I received when making my reservation with Allegiance Auto Shipping. I heard many horror stories about companies that will take your money and information, but never actually deliver the service that you paid for. This was certainly not the case with Allegiance. The sales person that took my order, Joe B., was knowledgeable and always kept in touch with me throughout the transport. Although I experienced a slight delay with the pickup time, I understand that things like that may happen, especially in this type of industry. What I most appreciated was that Joe and Jessica always kept me informed and I never felt in the dark or simply abandoned. Great customer service is hard to come by these days and I am appreciative that companies like Allegiance still stand by their word and hold true to their name.
