Subject: Great Customer Service
Review:The customer service department at Showroom Transportation was very helpful all throughout the delivery process. I was unable to meet the assigned driver for pick up on the day my vehicle was scheduled for pick up. Actually I rescheduled the pick up of my vehicle 3 times with Showroom Transport. At no point did they ask for any more money for delaying the pick up date. Yesterday my vehicle was picked up. The driver was also very helpful . When Keith arrived to pick up the vehicle, one of tires happened to be flat on my vehicle. I was shaken up by that. I did not want to call Showroom Transport again and reschedule. Keith (the driver) calmed down and took the time to change my tire for me. I feel very comfortable with my vehicle in Keith’s hands.
