Fantastic experience-even over the holiday!

Review:

I have transported vehicles in the past (continental auto movers) with far worse than a BAD experience, so I was apprehensive about the process in general. I scheduled the pick-up for Dec. 15, 2009 going from Colorado to South Carolina. Direct Express Customer Service contacted me as promised when the vehicle was scheduled, and again when it was loaded to give me the contact info of the driver. Despite the snow storms and the cross country trip, the transport only took 3 days. My car arrived in a covered transport, which was a pleasant surprise. The car was in great shape, the driver was friendly and professional. I paid $675 which was about mid to low range with the several quotes I received. The price was completely worth the experience I had. I would highly recommend using these guys. If I transport again, I definately will!
