The customer service by Barbie was excellant. She was very knowledgable and honest! The pick up was terrible though. The seller (of my truck) had to waste the entire day on waiting for the driver, then as the driver was loading the truck, he left it running and ran it out of diesel fuel (a huge NO NO). After the seller got it running again, 2 hours later, the driver loaded it but part of it was hangin off of the truck. I can only pray that it was safe enroute. My wife and coworker (diesel mech) accepted the truck and stated that the delivery was OK. Unfortunately, the truck now leaks oil, which it did not before, and I have to fix it. It did not appear to have been damaged, externally, during transit, but I can't get over the new oil leak. Anyway, I would recommend this company; however, I'd avoid that particular driver if you can. God bless.
