MANAGEMENT NEEDED TO SUPPORT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE AND ME WHEN THE DRIVER WAS MISLEADING... Customer Service scheduled a driver for 11/10 for a delivery in Naples by the 16th.We were asked to stay in touch with the driver. Driver indicated delivery on Sunday 11/15, then Monday AM, then Monday meeting me at airport, then Monday night late at the condo. Car arrived Tuesday night at 7:30PM. As I was sitting in DFW 11/16 the driver would not answer his phone. I contacted Arran - the Customer Service Representative - who repeatedly spoke to the driver as to his intentions. First, he was told that he was on his way and would meet me at the airport; then a second call said he would be there late in the evening but he was traveling in FL as they spoke. In truth, the driver was NOT IN THE POSITION TO BE IN NAPLES AT ALL! Communication with the driver through Arran on Tuesday was he was still in Jacksonville at 9AM so therefore he had no intention to arrive Monday night. I not only had to pay for transportation from the airport to my condo but was without a car for an entire day. If they would have been honest I could have rented a car from the airport and there would have been no stress.Things happen on the road but this is clearly not the case. Throughout all this communication with Arran he said he was misled by the driver and felt I should be compensated for my transporation.He said he had informed management throughout the conversations so they were aware of thie situation and he would address my airport transportation costs being reimbursed.I was NEVER contacted by management. Later, I made a call to Arran who forwarded my call to management..she was arrogant and said the car was delivered and that was that and felt no obligation to me but she would speak to Arran and call me, which she never did.HONESTY IS ALWAYS THE BEST POLICY. CLEARLY MANAGEMENT IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE DRIVEN!!!!
