Great customer support, would definitely use again

Review:

After making several calls to various companies, I dialed Riteway's number. I spoke with Jeff who was knowledgeable, friendly, and treated me fairly and professionally. He explained to me the process of how they find drivers and what happens to my car through the process which I appreciated. He made me feel confident that they would do their best to make sure my car would arrive in Utah on time, despite the fact that I was making my reservations at the last minute.

My scheduled pick-up was delayed due to the storms in the northeast, something Riteway could not project nor avoid. Even so, my car was delivered on time at my desired location.

Communication-wise, Riteway was great. I felt like they kept me informed every step of the way. The only breakdown in communication was due to the first driver who was quickly replaced with another driver. I was not in town for either pick up or delivery but Jeff and Jane went above and beyond what I expected to coordinate in my absence.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the service I received from Riteway and would happily be a repeat customer.
