My husband went to work in California. We needed to get his truck out there instead of renting a vehicle. Originally, I contacted another company to try to save a few bucks. That was a huge mistake. They told me 3-10 days a carrier would pick up our truck. Finally after I hadn't heard anything from them for 2 weeks, I called them. They still hadn't contracted a carrier, so I informed them that we would be using a different company. (By the way, they kept my $200 deposit, even though it was long after they had promised a carrier.) Thankfully, the next company I contacted was Worry Free Transport. Their name says it all. I spoke to Jessica and told her the situation. By this time, we had a very narrow window of time that the truck could be delivered. She told me she would see what she could do, and that it would be 3-10 days before a carrier would probably pick up the truck. She called me the very next day and had a carrier scheduled to come pick up our truck. He was there within 3 hours, and it was a holiday weekend. The cost was $775 which is exactly what they had told us. There were no hidden fees. He also was very professional. Our truck was delivered 1 day ahead of schedule (in perfect condition). I am very grateful to the ladies at Worry Free Transport for all of their hard work. If we ever have to ship another vehicle, we will definitely contact them.
