Driver arrived early on a Friday to pick up Toyota Corolla in Maryland from the dealership while my mom purchased a new vehicle. He waited patiently while she dealt with paperwork, test drive, etc. When she was ready, he loaded up her old car. I was promised to have it in California in seven or eight days. The following Tuesday I received a call from the subcontractor that the car would arrive sometime on Wednesday morning, a mere five days later. The car arrived Wednesday a.m., the driver was polite and considerate. The car was in great shape.
During the process, Lin from 5star was very helpful, calling both my and my mother to provide information. He also gave us his cell phone number and answered it (or called back quickly) whenever I had a question, including after hours. His attitude was always friendly and helpful. Customer service was excellent, as was delivery time. If I or any family members or friends need a car delivery, I will use/recommend 5starnationwide. I give them my highest recommendation.
