I received several quotes from various auto transportation companies, and Nu-Way was the first one to respond to my request for quotes. Their response was not only timely, but thorough. Price was the best I had found for an open carrier
(covered was over 2x more, and not necessary for my needs). From the time I agreed to use their service, and paid the deposit, time in waiting to hear from the driver was minimal. He was very courteous, arrived on time to pick up the vehicle, and car was delivered in the same condition, when promised. Excellent overall experience, in this world of vanishing customer service. My customer service contact at Nu-Way was "Cynthia", and she responded to all of my many questions, in a timely manner, before I decided to use this company. This is the first time I have shipped a car, and Nu-Way made this an anxiety-free experience.
