I had contracted with another company 7 days before my required pickup. They said that the trip would be longer than I thought and would have to pick up the car sooner. I said OK. Then they called and said for another $25 a driveer could come on the original Tuesday I had wanted. Again I said OK. Then later they said that driver cancelled and a few days later they said they had another driver who wanted an extra $50. I was desperate so I said OK once more. On Tuesday morning , the scheduled pickup day, they called and said that driver had also cancelled and they were working on getting someone else.
At that point I was so frustrated and desperate I decided to contact another transport company. I called Global Logistics Transport, who had also sent me a quote. When I explained my dilemma to Jeff he jumped right on it. Called me back within 10 minutes and said my car would be picked up later that day. And so it was ! ! ! I was also anxious because, as I explained to Jeff, I was flying into Phoenix the next day, Wednesay, and needoed my car for a planned trip, by Satuday, or else I would have to rent a car for a few days. He said they could do it.
Sure enough I got a call from the driver on Friday evening that he would be dropping the car off the next morning and it was off the truck and sitting in my parking spot by 10:00am Saturday morning
I can't say enough about how professional and accommodating they all were. Paul, who picked up the car, Robert the transport driver who delivered my car and Jeff my contact at Global Logistics. Another company couldn't get their act together when they were given 7 days. I called Global Logitis about 11am that Tuesday and my car was on its way by 5:30 pm that same day and arrived right on schedule Saturday morning for my trip. Thank you Global Logistics and Thank you Jeff, Paul and Robert.
