What a joke this company is. Once you sign the contract, you will be lucky to hear frokm them again . . . hey, they have already charged the deposit to their account so what's in it for them to follow through?
They DID finally contact me and asked if I would pay $100 more than what they quoted me. I told them "No" . . . so my car continued to sit . . . not picked up.
They told me they would send me a $500 gas card. Well, let me tell you . . . to get this gas card . . . they do not follow thru - and make you wait and wait and wait some more for it to be sent. FINALLY, it was send and it is worth only $300 . . . not $500, as they stated in the SIGNED CONTRACT.
I have been phoning for 2 wks . . . left messages . . . can't get a live person and now their main phone number is not working.
More about this SUPPOSED GAS CARD. It is not a card. They tell you to charge your gas as you always do and then send your receipts MONTHLY when they total $100. Once those receipts are received, they will send you a $25 (that is right, only $25) gift card. They will continue to send you a $25 gas card each month, once they receive your $100 in gas charges = $300.
THIS WAS SUPPOSE TO BE WORTH $500 . . . NOT ONLY $300.
NOW OUR CAR IS IN SOUTH CAROLINA AND WE HAVE TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO GET IT BACK HOME . . . DON'T EVER, EVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
