| Golf Cart to Florida |
This was the most positive experience! On a Sunday I decided it was time to ship our golf cart to my husband in Florida as he had no transportation there at all; this golf cart was just sitting here in the garage. I called Gold Star, spoke with a very personable Ellen, and by Wednesday the golf cart was delivered to Florida. I live on an island in Rhode Island, have to deal with ferry schedules, weather, not to mention my work schedule. I was an absolute wreck going into this, worrying about scheduling, etc. Then the driver, John, called and everything fell right in to place. He could not have been more accomodating, given my circumstances. He immediately assessed my situation (bringing the golf cart over on the ferry) and was there waiting for me in a snowstorm! The golf cart was delivered to Florida earlier than he originally stated. I would recommend Gold Star to anyone and would look forward to utilizing them again. In the end, it was not worth worrying about at all, everything was taken care of for me.
