My car was transported from San Jose, CA to Seattle, WA. I confirmed my order on Friday. I was told that for an extra $50, my car would be picked up in 1-2 days, which I paid. It wasn't picked up until Monday. (In the meantime, my car was towed from the lot where it was parked, which ended up costing me an additional $350 for towing fees. Of course, I can't blame that on the transport company, but if they had picked it up when they said, it wouldn't have been towed.) I was told by Bruce Agosta that he had promised the car would be dispatched in 1-2 days for the extra $50, not picked up. (Maybe that's what he said and I assumed dispatched meant picked up.) I would advise anyone using transport services to be clear about this distinction. I was also told that I'd get the car on Wednesday, but I didn't get it until Thursday afternoon.
Overall, I was pleased with the transport. I really liked the driver! He was friendly, courteous, and kept calling to keep me abreast of his timeline. I was also pleasantly surprised that the car was delivered on Thanksgiving Day! When it wasn't there on Wed, I assumed I wouldn't get it until Friday, after the holiday.
I would use this transport company again, but I don't think I would pay the extra $50.
