I was really worried to ship my car after reading different reviews in many auto shipping sites. I called two three shipping companies and no one gave me an exact date for shipping.I wanted to ship my car within a week as I was travelling that weekend.I got a call from national shipping on monday and they said there is a truck going on thursday and I too the window 8 am - 12 pm for pick up. All the paper work happened pretty quick and I checked with them very day till thursday to ensure that the pick up will happen on thursday itself.On thursday I got call from Dennis the truck driver and he said he will be coming by 12 pm .He came around 12 pm on thursday afternoon within the window time he was suppposed to come ,he is an experiecnced driver and was very friendly. My car was the last to pick up, I waited till he loaded the car. He said I will get car on Sat or sunday.I was expecting the car only on sunday. I started to Washington on Saturday afternoon and as soon as my flight landed I got a call from Dennis and he said he already reached Redmond, WA.
As I was still in plane and will take another30 mins to reach,I asked my friend to get the car.I told my friend to check for any scratches or dents other than theones marked before loading . If the car is in good condition I asked my friend to tip him $50 . I was very happy with the service. There was no problem's for the car . I noticed a very small dot on the mirror later which is a very minute crack , but I am notsure whether it was already there or it happened after shipping. Other than that there were no issues, when he handed over the car to my firnd he said to my friend to check for any scratchesor dents and if anything is found to report to theshipping company.
I refered their service to my friends who were looking for car shipping. I will go with this service next time I have ti ship my car.
